By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
SUTIO operates as a digital portfolio showcasing SaaS product demonstrations, team profiles, service offerings and developer capability frameworks.
3. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, product visuals, and text content is protected under Bangladesh Copyright Act 2000. You may not reproduce, redistribute portfolio materials, reverse engineer demo implementations or use brand assets without written consent.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree not to disrupt service accessibility, scrape or automate data collection, or misrepresent affiliation with SUTIO.
5. Payments & Refunds
For future subscription services, free trials auto-renew to paid subscriptions. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment. Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), Google Analytics, and cloud providers. We are not responsible for third-party terms or service disruptions.
7. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy of demo implementations, or fitness for particular purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SUTIO be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business opportunities, or data loss from service interruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
